Joseph is a designer based in Boston, MA. His approach to design is centered on clear, effective visual communication using a minimalistic aesthetic. He enjoys working on design projects for both print and digital media.
Through his experience as an intern at Boston magazine in 2014, Joseph worked extensively on a monthly print publication taking on tasks such as page layout, typography, photo research and retouching, signage, way finding, & art direction. Joseph was also an intern at Zipcar in 2014, where he contributed his design sensibility to a variety of print based media (pamphlets, postcards, magazine & newspaper advertisements), screen-based collateral, and environmental graphics (street signs, large format vinyl stickers). His work has been displayed in gallery showings at The New Bedford Art Museum and The University Gallery at UMass Dartmouth.
As a way to inform his design and gain inspiration on his free-time, Joseph practices photography, collage, and drawing. He is also a seasoned Netflix marathoner and has an impeccable queue of films and shows he still needs to watch.
