India Brown is 22 years old and studying photography at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She was born and raised in Boston, MA, but currently residing in Cambridge. Photographing at dusk and nightfall, India explores a fragmented psychological state that she cannot fully piece together. This is her personal thesis, exploring elements such as anxiety, loneliness, tension, isolation, and longing. By using a Canon DSLR and a tripod she achieves long exposures including herself in the scene with lights, houses, and the occasional passerby.
