Edward M. Olean is a designer from Seekonk, MA, and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Edward works predominantly in print design, and has exacted his focus to writing, illustration, and the occasional hand-drawn typography.
Edward’s work is influenced by surrealism and introspection–both in life and art, and his work primarily concerns narrative, while maintaining themes of irony and a shade of dark humor.
His process is very methodical as he stresses the authenticity of each and every decision, preferring to create each element by hand (when applicable) and striving for a minimalist design aesthetic.
